Emergency Response Plans

The Emergency (Response) Action Plan Templates are to be used by departments to develop a plan that provides direction to employees on what to do in the case of an emergency. Employees should be trained on these plans so that everyone follows a common response protocol. While this template has been designed to provide departments with an idea of what should be included in an Emergency (Response) Action Plan, it is by no means an all-inclusive plan. The template provides the minimal response actions that should be included in the plan. Plans should be developed and maintained around the instructional and/or operational aspects of each department.
