This program contains general requirements for practices and procedures that will protect employees from the hazards of exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.The Environmental Health and Safety office has developed an Exposure Control Plan to be used in developing department or individual specific programs. The plan also provides the procedures for disposing of the above materials when they are determined to be waste.
