Beginning Oct 1, 2020 Environmental Health and Safety will be adjusting CPR/AED class registration fees from $20 to $25. Between the costs associated with acquiring American Heart Association training materials (booklets and cards) and paying for consumables, the CPR/AED program has realized the need to increase the training registration fee to cover costs. Comparable classes in the community run between $100 and $125 per person for registration. Training through the ISU CPR/AED program continues to be a significant savings. ISU Environmental Health and Safety will always aim to offer an affordable CPR certification program for ISU staff and students. If you are interested in holding a class for your department or unit, please contact Adam Streenz, Fire/Life Safety Specialist at 438-5162.
